The 1 Month or Less Plan
Based on the responses you gave us, you have 1 month or less before you take your exam. Your reading speed and attention span is considered in these suggestions. The plan below has been created for you to maximize your study time over the next 1-2 months:
OUR SUGGESTION:
It is likely that attending the live clinical skills workshop isn’t in your schedule. We suggest buying the Total Package, which includes all of our online board review materials, but does not include the live program.
If budget is a concern, we recommend the QBank, which will allow you practice for your exam with high yield questions, detailed answers, audio review, and self-scoring for your weaknesses.
Time to Exam
4-2 weeks
Recommended Materials
➤ Test Question Bank (QBank)
➤ Inpatient Guide
➤ Stimulus Review
➤ Review Flash Cards
Optional: Core Module
Daily Schedule
1 hour per day of passive learning such as our Inpatient Guide, Flash Cards, and Stimulus Review. The more ways you can stimulate your mind to learn without heavy concentration, the easier you will retain future topics.
The Qbank will serve as your highest yield review method, and will also allow you to customize areas that you want to focus on in the limited time you have before your test.
You should be taking daily practice tests as recommended in the QBank maximization page. These tests should alternate between your remaining test questions, and your weakest areas to ensure you don’t miss anything.
You will likely need to study every day to get through the entire Qbank. Review your incorrect answers daily.
The Core Module will likely be too much material for you to complete all of the lectures. However, it may still help you because you can review lectures that address your weak areas. There are 600 additional practice test questions included with the Core Module, which are also high yield and would be beneficial to you if you have time.
2 weeks or less
➤ Core Module ( with Notes)
➤ Test Question Bank (QBank)
➤ Inpatient Guide
➤ Stimulus Review
➤ Review Flash Cards
Review all of the notes you took in the Board Review Series
Continue 1 hour per day of passive learning such as our Inpatient Guide, Flash Cards, and Stimulus Review. The more ways you can stimulate your mind to learn without heavy concentration, the easier you will retain future topics.
You should be taking daily practice tests as recommended in the QBank maximization page. These tests should alternate between your remaining test questions, and your weakest areas to ensure you don’t miss anything.
Take the day before your exam off. There is very little you will learn after 4 straight weeks of review, and you will still be more than prepared for your exam!
