Custom Airway Program

What you get from us:

1. Live, in person, high quality medical education!
2. The live, hands-on delivery of our 1-day Advanced and Difficult Airway Course
3. Personalized instruction for 9 participants
4. We will bring you all necessary training equipment, simulators, training supplies and presentation materials.
5. We will arrive at your location no later than 8am.
6. This program will last approximately 5 hours for 9 people
7. All participants will have 1 year membership access to our Clinical Toolkit and online Airway content and live lectures for 1 full year at no extra cost.
8. 10 Category I CME credits for each student (provided by the American Academy of Physician Assistants)
9. An optional certification examination and certificate from Provider Practice Essentials for each student

What we need from you:

1. We have confirmed June 20 at 9am as our program time.  Please provide the exact Address where your program will be held (for transfer)
2. Access to a room with AV connections, seating for your class size, and space for 3 adult head/torso mannequins and airway equipment (typically 3 6-foot tables will be sufficient)
3. The advanced airway device(s) that you use locally at your hospital (I.e. Glidescope).  This allows us to train your team on your equipment.
4. Names, email addresses, and contact information for your students in excel spreadsheet format
5. Payment (includes tuition for 7 students [$599 each], Travel expenses [$100 to include local transfer and delivery of training and equipment],  A 3.5% transaction fee will be applied.  Credit card payments are preferred.

Next Steps:

Please complete payment.  Payment may be made through our website using a credit card.  You may also send us a same day wire payment.  Instructions are available in the link above.  Price includes wire transfer fees on our end.

Once received, we will arrive at the teaching location you have specified by 8am the day of the program.  This will allow us to set up our equipment and teaching materials.
