Sign up here to teach a course!
- Please sign up in advance for any dates that you are available to teach.
- Our goal is to fill our courses with 25 students, and have a ratio of 5-6 students per faculty member.
- Because program sizes vary, we may or may not need you to work, but we need to know we have a full course covered!
- All teaching assignments are based on a first come, first served basis, and we will confirm your attendance 2 weeks prior to the course.
- Due to the random nature of signups, you will be notified 72 hours prior to the course if you are not needed.
- If you are traveling, we recommend booking any flights through Southwest, as they have a very forgiving rescheduling policy.
- All courses are held on Fridays and Saturdays
- Each day is divided into a morning (8am – 1pm) and afternoon (12pm-5pm) session (Sessions 1 and 2).
- Only 2 faculty members are needed for the morning sessions – one physician, and one APP.
- Morning sessions are all lecture-based.
- Friday Session 2 will be the 5-hour block were we need the most help with the suture workshop
- You will be responsible to teach the course material listed below for each portion of the session you sign up for.
- You may choose to sign up for as many sessions as you want on this page.
- You may return to this page any time to sign up for additional courses.
- Once you submit your requested schedule, you will not be able to make changes.
- If you are teaching both days, you may book your hotel directly from this signup page.
